- To deal in Pre and Post sanctions credit activities for the corporate clients
- To conduct Credit rating process for the corporate clients
- To review credit proposals both fund based and non-fund based for corporate clients
- To take for all kinds of audit i.e statutory/RBI/HO related to credit activities
- Preparation and submission of all necessary reports to the regulator specified for the credit department
- Issuance of sanction letter as per the terms and conditions of approved Term Sheet
- Documentation-Issuance of security documents as per the terms of sanction
- Interact with clients and negotiate, if need be, on the format of documents, refer to legal / approvers with appropriate justification on the changes suggested and Get the documents executed from the clients.
- Verification of Constitutional documents (MOA, Partnership Deed, etc.), Authorizations (BR, Partnership, Letters, etc.) for availing facilities, creating security, execution of documents and scrutiny of executed documents to ensure proper execution.
- ROC / CERSAI compliances Arranging filing of necessary forms with ROC and CERSAI.
- Disbursement Ensuring proper execution of documents / compliance with the terms and conditions of sanction and receipt of approvals for deferrals.
- Masters or Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting & any other business-related field. CA/CFA’s good to have but not necessary
- 3-8 years of relevant experience, working for credit of corporate banking segment
- Strong proficiency in MS Office
- Strong attention to details and quantitative aptitude
- Impeccable understanding of financial statements, ratios and concepts
- Ability to manage the stakeholders
- Good at interpersonal skills and relationship building internally & externally
- Flexibility and ability to deal with ambiguous situations.

- Responsible for oversight & management of Market Risk in the Bank Regulatory reporting to RBI related to Liquidity such as LCR/BLR/ALM/IRS/SLS/NSFR etc.
- Support the Management of the Bank in establishing the appropriate Risk-Appetite & Risk-Limits for market risk and monitoring of various Limits.
- Recommend the most appropriate framework keeping in view the Reserve Bank of India and HQ guidelines into considerations.
- ICAAP/ CRAR calculation/ stress testing/ formation of policies, Regulatory reporting (LEF/LRR/RCA3)
- Provide continuous inputs to Senior Management taking into account the changing market environment. Constant surveillance of all Market Risk

- Computation of Interest Rate Risk in Banking Book (IRRBB).
- 5 years of experience in Risk Management functions.
- Good understanding of Basel framework & Regulatory Guidelines (pertaining to Market Risk & Treasury).
- Good Excel skills & knowledge of Treasury Systems. Analytical and Quantitative skills. Ability & willingness to learn, to perform new functions.
- Excellent Knowledge of Treasury Products, Global Markets and the Regulatory Environment.
- Should have good understanding of industry and risk management, knowledge of regulations, legal framework.
- Ability to handle senior stakeholders (both nationally & internationally).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
